To make easier to find the buildings where the different activities of BITS2016 will be held, please read carefully the following indications.
Here you can find the general map of the campus with the indications of the buildings (click image to enlarge).
The satellite activities and the tutorials will be held in the buildings F, F2 and F3, whereas the main BITS2016 meeting will be held in the Aula Magna of Campus of Fisciano.

Free shuttle for BITS participants
Please note that free shuttles dedicated to BITS2016 participants have been organized in the following days:
- 15/6/2016 h. 20:00: from Campus of Fisciano to Salerno (with stop at Hotel Dei Principati, Baronissi) - for participants to Assemblea BITS
- 16/6/2016 h. 7:50: from Grand Hotel Salerno and Hotel Plaza to Campus of Fisciano (with stop at Hotel Dei Principati, Baronissi, at 8:15) - for all BITS participants
- 17/6/2016 h. 7:50: from Grand Hotel Salerno and Hotel Plaza to Campus of Fisciano (with stop at Hotel Dei Principati, Baronissi, at 8:15) - for all BITS participants
- 17/6/2016 h. 16:00: from Campus of Fisciano to Salerno FF.SS. (with stop at Via XXIV Maggio for exchange with buses to Napoli Capodichino) - for participants to the final Round Table.
RegistrationThe participants to tutorials and satellite events can register to BITS meeting before the start of these activities, in the places where the activity will be held. For all other participants, the registration opens on June 15, 2016 at 13:00 in the foyer of the Aula Magna.
Wi-FiFor those who asked for a personal Wi-Fi connection: you will find your personal credentials in the conference kit distributed at the registration desk. We will need your signature and the number of a document of identification before giving you the credentials.
Poster sessionsThe list of accepted posters is available here.
Posters must be set up upon arrival or during the coffee break of June 15 at the latest, in the poster room near the room for buffet, in the Aula Magna Building. Drawing pins and tape will be available on site.
The poster MUST be not bigger than 80 x 100 cm, portrait format (please DO NOT USE landscape format).
Two poster sessions are planned: during the first one (June 16, h. 10:45 – 11:30) the presenting authors of the odd-numbered posters are requested to stay near the poster; during the second one (June 17, h. 10:45-11:30) the presenting authors of the even-numbered posters are requested to stay near the poster.
At the end of the IV session (June 16, 2016 h. 16:15) the people registered for the social activities will be transferred by bus to Salerno, for a guided tour to visit the Cathedral dedicated to S. Matteo, and the museum "Roberto Papi" associated to the ancient Scuola Medica Salernitana.
After this tour, the bus will transfer people to Cetara, a small traditional village of fishermen (the town of the "colatura di alici"), on the Amalfi coast for the social dinner. The departure from Cetara is planned at 23:00: the bus will stop first in Salerno, and then in Baronissi and Fisciano.
